Need a little privacy, there are also 3 bedrooms on the first floor including 2 Master Suites. Bedroom 1 - Master Suite has King size bed and private bath, convertible Daybed, offers additional seating by day, and sleeping accomodations at night. Flat screen TV. Room has own access to slate patio with Hot tub.

Bedroom 2 - Master Suite has queen size bed and a private bath with a spectacular rounded shower. Flat screen TV.

Bedroom 3 has twin size bunk beds and additional twin bed to comfortably sleep 3 guests. TV.

The second floor has another large Living room area (seats 20) and an outside deck with great ocean views. Take the Spiral staircase to the rooftop deck and see all of Rehoboth Beach. There are 4 bedrooms on the 2^nd floor, Bedroom 4 has queen size bed and access to 2^nd floor deck and new flat screen TV added in 2012.

Bedroom 6 has twin size bunk bed.

Bedroom 7 - Master suite has King size bed, private bath and it's own private deck with ocean views. New flat screen TV added in 2012.

Rehoboth Beach is not just a summer resort, this town has some of the best restaurants in the state. There's always something going on even in the off season; Jazz Fest, The Rehoboth Beach Film Festival, Seawitch, Polar Bear Plunge

"Our family all enjoyed 1 Hickman over Christmas. We spent time on the beach in the beautiful 70 degree weather. David was great and on top of everything. The big room upstairs served us well, as there is ample seating for all 14 of us. New dishwasher had been installed the day before our arrival. Hot tub was OK. Grill ok. Plenty of kitchen accessories. Our only suggestion is to have something done to cover the front door and side door at night...blind, shade, drape..something. We would highly recommend this VRBO property."

"House was exactly what we wanted - about a dozen steps to the beach/boardwalk but far enough from town center that beach wasn't too crowded - it was mostly families rather than teens with loud music. We could pop toddlers in strollers and walk to Funland and ice cream, restaurants, shopping - didn't need cars. House spacious, clean, and comfortable. Loved having 2 washer-dryers and 2 refrigerators. Needed more wastebaskets and latch on basement door (those busy toddlers!) Owner friendly and easy to contact with questions. Oyster House Restaurant in Rehobeth and Blue Moon in Dewey were favorites for dinner. The 6 toddlers recommend Funland. Highly recommend."

"My two adult children and adult grandchildren stayed at this wonderful house for an extended weekend. It was great weather so we spent alot of time outdoors. Fantastic ocean views from all three levels (panoramic from the third level) and the jacuzzi. Great entertaining space (great rooms on both floors), nicely furnished, steps to beach and short walk to town. Fantastic value for the money. I reserved for the summer!"
